I love this time of year because its when I enjoy making homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade chicken broth!
Bone broth contains minerals, such as magnesium and calcium, from bones that help us to stay healthy, also adding fresh garlic is awesome for our immunity 🙂
The cartilage from the chicken and it’s bones have a good amount of gelatin….. this is great for us! Gelatin provides glycine ( an amino acid ) which encourages healthy cartilage.
