I’m pretty sure this is an issue among most people under constant stress. In time, adrenals are seriously effected by constant everyday pressures of work, career, and personal relationships. The fight or flight mode is not a good thing on a regular basis ( sometimes it’s necessary when in danger). Once you begin to feel physical and emotionally drained this should be a warning sign to take a break…. from yourself (or anyone or thing), that causes you to malfunction (not think clearly, or take your bliss away )! Damaged adrenal glands can lead to depression and fatigue. There are many symptoms of adrenal fatigue and I suggest visiting your doctor to be evaluated, especially if you’re having a difficult time with just the simple tasks in your day. One main symptom that I had was severe fatigue in the AM. I am not a morning person, or at least I use to think I wasn’t. I have had many warning signs that I wont even get into! Let me tell you, it’s an eye opener!! It is true that one thing leads to another in regards to our health…. good or bad! We are NOT robots and need to listen to our bodies. I am aware it is easier said then done. However, if you care about your health & well being, than take care of you.
