It is now April and I was thinking on how consistent I have been in reaching my goals since the New Year. Have I been on track? Well lets just say, I’m still a working process. Am I progressing? Yes, however some days are better then others. Sometimes I feel as though that finally…. a break through, and then….. I fall. The ole “one step forward, two steps back” situation has been a genuine reality with me lately. It doesn’t matter what it is, you can count on it happening. “It” meaning anything. Although at times I find it to be a little frustrating, I can move forward with persistence. To be honest, I’m not always motivated, but I continue to stay focused and remind myself of why I strive for this (goal or goals), why it means so much to me to NOT give up, and who’s life will I touch (hopefully someone).
Are you on track with your goals? Are you still committed? I hope so. Having goals are an important part of your health and happiness. Not giving up is the key to your success but remember that failing, failing and failing does not mean you’re a failure, it means you must get up and keep going, reinvent, and persevere (Priyou).
