I think we all know it’s a killer. Stress contributes to onset of disease and is the quickest way to your grave! Yes, we all get stressed out from time to time. Overload of work, family, money, personal issues and whatever else you want to add that stresses you out!
Listen, here’s the real deal. A message to all you wonderful and beautiful people out there…… something I think you may already know but need to be reminded that……
Stress will age you faster then you would like (Scary look on your face, wide eyed with an inhale gasp jaw dropping “Omg” moment is right now)!
Yup! Keep this in mind people, keep this in mind if nothing else. I don’t think anyone wants to age quicker then normal. I’ve said it before, age is inevitable but you don’t have to rush it! So here is what you do when you find that you’re having a moment…. You find a place to just “chill”. Take your “time out” and meditate, workout, take a walk, get a pedicure…. whatever it takes to bring you back to your “zen”, your calm state and clarity. Make choices that reduce the stress in your life. We will always encounter some sort of stress along the way, the key is how to manage it. Know the signs of stress, get to the root cause, find a solution, learn to keep it at bay with your own little plan of action… whatever that may be. A five min cat nap could make a difference to you. You will learn what it takes to manage your stress when you want to. Hopefully, it’s not to late when you do decide.
